BOOKING POLICIES: • All policies apply to guests dining with us from October 1, 2025 - end of our pop-up. • A $15 per seat prepayment deposit will be collected through OpenTable at the time of booking and will be applied towards your check during your upcoming visit from October - January (see deposit details below for more information). • All guests in the party are expected to arrive on time for the reservation. • Tables will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes. • If your table is running late, even if you call to tell us, we may not be able to seat your party. All re-bookings will be subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. • Our team may contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm your reservation in advance. Please ensure you stay alert of any communication from us. • To allow all guests to enjoy their visit to The Holiday Pop-Up, we kindly ask you to be respectful of these allotted time frames for your group size: • 1-6 Guests: 2 Hours • 7-8 Guests: 2 Hours 30 Minutes • Private Events: Custom Time Frames PLEASE VIEW OUR FULL CANCELLATION POLICY!

We will not be able to issue a refund back to your card. • If you need to cancel your reservation after booking - our team will work to re-book your reservation to another available date and time. If we can not, we will issue you a Venetian gift card / voucher for the deposit amount collected to be used at a future time. • If you do not meet your pre-paid deposit amount at the restaurant during your visit - we will issue you a Venetian gift card for the deposit amount collected to be used at a future time. • If you fail to show for your reservation and do not speak with a member of our team prior to let us know of this change, your deposit amount will be forfeited as a no-show penalty. In this case, no gift card / voucher will be issued. • If the Venetian is unable to open for service due to inclement weather or unforseen circumstances - our team will work to re-book your reservation to another available date and time. If we can not, we will issue you a Venetian gift card / voucher for the deposit amount collected to be used at a future time.

Deposits are not required for lap infants in the party that will not require space at or near the table. • For situations where you are not able to attend your reservation for any reason - refunds for unused deposits will be available ONLY in the form of gift card/voucher to The Venetian for future use. We will not be able to issue a refund back to your card.

All large party reservations will be on a first-come-first-serve basis and entirely based on restaurant availability. -- Please Note: This year, we will not be able to accommodate groups of more than 8 guests together.

Great News! Our ENTIRE restaurant is decorated for the pop-up. So, any table that you reserve from October 1, 2025 - end of January 2026 will be a reservation for our Holiday Pop-Up!

If you do not see a table for the date or time you'd like to reserve, we suggest using the "Notify Me" feature on the OpenTable App. You can set an alert for yourself and if a reservation opens up on your selected date and time, you will be notified! Online reservations are available for groups of up to 6 guests. We have very limited tables for groups of 7-8 guests. These tables are booked first-come-first serve via e-mail only. Note: Unfortunately, this year, we will not be able to accommodate groups of more than 8 guests. YES, WE DO! For the 2025-2026 season, we will be holding a section of our restaurant for walk-in diners with no reservations. Our walk-in tables will be available first-come-first-serve and we will run a waitlist for those tables throughout the evening. Our 13 Bar Stools are always also first-come-first-serve throughout the season. Our bar stools are available for guests who are 21+ years of age.

Yes! All family members are welcome to join us. The number of guests noted in your reservation must reflect the number of total seats you will need at your table - this number needs to include children. Due to limited space during the holiday season, we will likely NOT have available space for carseats or strollers at or near your table.

If you wish to order a la carte during your visit, please make a reservation for dinner service only.

Yes! We welcome families and guests of all ages to enjoy our pop-up experience at The Venetian! We have a Children's Menu available as well as fun new treats and festive beverages for the whole family to enjoy! Please Note: For every guest at your table that will need space for a seat, please ensure you include them in your overall reservation count. This includes children and toddlers. Lap infants will not need to be counted as a seat in your reservation, but please note there will likely NOT be room for carseats or strollers at your table.

Yes. We carry Gluten Free Pasta that can be substituted for any of our pasta dishes. Please tell your server about your allergy before placing your order so that we can alert our kitchen of your allergy.
